Dalton Boggs & Associates was
founded over thirty years ago and began serving the Oil & Gas industry at
its inception. We expanded our practice to include the managed care, hospitals,
and group practice sectors of the Healthcare industry in the 1980's and have
grown with time. Principals and consultants have in excess of thirty years'
experience in Healthcare and Oil & Gas recruiting. Our original client list
was developed exclusively by word-of-mouth, and much of our business still
comes from referrals. We're growing fast, but managing our growth
judiciously-personal attention from a principal is still something you can
count on with Dalton Boggs & Associates.
The key element of our business is our ability to produce and
recruit highly qualified candidates. We know healthcare, and over the years we
have formed an extensive proprietary network of the field's best people. Our
clients come to us for this thorough understanding of the healthcare
marketplace. Our client list principally includes for-profit, not-for-profit,
and faith-based acute-care hospitals, as well as the nation's top 100 hospitals
and systems; national and local insurance companies including HMOs, PPOs, and
related managed-care companies; and a variety of physician practices and
clinics.
Our
experience in the oil and gas industry has provided us with an extensive
network to recruit the best candidates. We continue to expand our network and
understanding of industry changes through organizational membership and
involvement. Our client list includes some of the largest companies leading the
industry in drilling and technology to small private firms. We provide
candidates that meet not only technical needs, but can fit into a company's
unique culture. We recruit for varied levels of professionals including
