Dalton Boggs has forty years of experience in executive search. He began
his career in 1969 recruiting for the Accounting industry. In 1971 he
co-founded Metro Executive Consultants where his sole focus was recruiting for
the Oil & Gas industry. In 1980 he began his own firm, Dalton Boggs &
Associates. He has recruited for a variety of Oil & Gas professionals from
company executives to staff engineers, as well as top-level executives for
HMOs, PPOs, Medicaid and Medicare health care organizations, medical groups,
hospital systems, indemnity companies and other medical delivery systems across
the United States. He has conducted searches for senior management,
engineering, geology, marketing, financial, and information systems executives.
His diverse recruiting background from different industries and position levels
gives Dalton a broad understanding of company dynamics and the importance of
finding the right employee for an organization. Dalton offices in Edmond,
Oklahoma. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of
Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. He is a member of the SPE (Society of
Petroleum Engineers), IPAA (Independent Petroleum Association of America), AAPG
(American Association of Petroleum Geologists), ACPE (American College of
Physician Executives), MGMA (Medical Group Management Association), and GHA
(Group Health Association of America).
David Boggs, based in Louisville, centers his
executive search assignments on management team leaders for hospitals &
healthcare systems, physician group practices, and managed care companies.
David has successfully completed a variety of search assignments for leaders
including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CNOs, as well as other Vice Presidents, and a wide
range of administrative and clinical department directors. Before joining
Dalton Boggs & Associates, David spent five years with Witt/Kieffer that
also specializes in the healthcare sector. Prior to that he spent several years
running a hospital owned physician network as well as working in human
resources in a hospital and a managed care company. He has a Bachelor of
Science in Human Resources from Oklahoma State University and a Master in
Healthcare Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Natalie Boggs, based out of Edmond, Oklahoma, has
executive search experience in the Healthcare, Accounting, and Oil & Gas
fields. Natalie began her career at the Rowland Group where she specialized in
recruiting Accounting and Oil & Gas professionals. She joined Dalton Boggs
and Associates in 2007, where she currently specializes in recruiting Oil &
Gas and medical professionals across the United States. Natalie graduated Magna
Cum Laude from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a Bachelor of
Arts in History after being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of
SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers) and SEG (Society of Exploration
Geophysicists
