Dalton Boggs & Associates is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a solid exploration and production company based in Oklahoma City. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO, and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the company. The CFO will have primary day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company. This will include responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, aviation, purchasing and private, and institutional financing.
Qualifications include eight to ten years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multifaceted direction and planning. Excellent verbal and written skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA or advanced degree preferred.
